Your Atlas uses embedded algorithms to get to know your specific motion patterns, count reps, and coach you through workouts tailored to your fitness goals. Atlas is currently targeted towards fitness training activities, but as our brainy product gets to know you over time it will get even better at recognizing a wider range of your motions. Many fitness devices serve “lifestyle” functions, but Atlas orients itself towards coaching for individuals with specific fitness goals (although it also tracks basic functions like steps taken and heart rate throughout the day). You can get further feedback from Atlas from our app, which provides analytics that include muscle groups worked (and the extent to which you worked them), calories burned, and more!
